Santa's 2025 New Year Resolutions
New beginnings have arrived. Santa has taken some much needed rest after the busy holiday season. Now, he wants to focus on bringing in the new year with some much needed resolutions. Feel free to join in and follow Santa's lead for a successful and accomplished 2025 year.
Health & Wellness
Focusing on our health is vital for a productive year. Santa wants to spend at least 30 minutes exercising 3-4 times a week. This is a big goal for Santa, and he knows it will not be easy. But, hard work and dedication will be essential for his success.
Santa will also be tending to his garden more frequently this year as he would like to be sure to eat more whole foods. He also knows this is a great way to change some bad eating habits that the holidays always encourage. We're looking at you chocolate chip cookies!
In addition to eating well and exercising, Santa would like to meditate more. He's hoping to eliminate some stress, while also maintaining a good sleep habit. This year, Santa wants to try to prioritize sleep. This means 7-9 quality hours of rest. It's a tough goal, as he does like to stay busy all year. However, Mrs. Claus thinks it's a good idea for overall health and wellness.
Personal Growth
Santa loves to read books. However, he doesn't always prioritize his reading time throughout the year. This year he aims to make it a goal to read more and dedicate time towards this hobby. The relaxation that comes with reading is very helpful in Santa's everyday life. Therefore, this year he wants to make sure he is continuing to find time for new books throughout the entire year.
Mrs. Claus wants to get outside more this year. So, Santa plans on taking the time for more nature by going on planned hikes, visiting parks, and creating memories with the reindeer and elves during camping trips.
Improve Relationships
Santa and Mrs. Claus tends to stay pretty busy throughout the year helping out with a lot of charities, and other volunteer opportunities. However, this year they want to do more! Who knows where they will find the time. But, it's a goal they have set and they fully intend on building relationships with the community and offering a helping hand anytime someone is in need.
The North Pole is one big family, and this year they want to be more involved with one another. Their desire is to have more family dinners, as well as more game nights and other fun activities. Spending time together is their number one priority this year.
Tips for Success
Each year Santa sets new goals for himself. Some years he far surpasses those goals. Then, other years, he doesn't exactly get around to everything he set out to do during the year. So, try not to beat yourself up if you fail at any single resolution. Be kind to yourself and do your best.
Setting realistic goals has certainly helped Santa overcome failures. Start with one thing at a time and see where it takes you. Break down one target step-by-step and take your time with it. Be sure to track your progress. Doing so encourages you to keep pushing harder.
Share your intentions with your support system. Tell your friends or close family members what your resolution desires are this year. Ask for their help with encouragement and they may even want to join you in your new year journey. But, if not that's okay. Utilize their support and you'll surely have a more successful year of resolutions.
Santa is so proud of your efforts!
